At Rainbow Fostering our goal is to find foster homes for children and young people looking for stability. We provide fostering services in the Bedfordshire area and would like to hear from you if you are considering fostering.
Training: There are a variety of different courses that we run at Rainbow Fostering and we aim to make arrangements
for you to attend in an easy and convenient way.
Area: Bedfordshire is covered by three unitary authorities: Bedford, Central Bedfordshire and Luton. Bedfordshire is bordered by Cambridgeshire to the northeast, Northamptonshire to the north, Buckinghamshire to the west and Hertfordshire to the southeast.
Cultural Diversity: Today the UK is a diverse society celebrating many different religions and faiths. This means our children and young people are often from different backgrounds. Their needs will always be varied and we look to find carers who can provide the best match.
Get in touch with us if you have questions on how to apply to foster if you live in Bedfordshire. We are always happy to answer any queries you might have.
Children needing foster care are not often moved from their locality. It is best if they can stay at their school and maintain links with the people they know. Education is so important for the life chances of foster children and we pay allowances to carers so that they can take children to places that will stimulate their interest. This is an area with exciting venues to visit including Whipsnade Wildlife Park, the Shuttleworth Collection and Woburn Safari Park.
Help us to address the national shortage of foster carers. Around 8000 new foster care families are needed across the country and we need to find carers in Bedfordshire. Rainbow Fostering is one of the leading independent foster care agencies so please if you are interested submit your details below
Call or email: we are a friendly team so if you are interested in becoming a foster carer, or are already fostering and considering transferring, we’d love to hear from you.
