Opportunities for Students
We work closely with Universities across the UK to provide a positive and practical teaching environment for students who are completing their Bachelors or Masters in Social Work.
We offer a 100 day placement (usually 3-4 days a week) where students carry out the duties of a supervising social worker, bridging theory and practice.

We have welcomed back previous social work students into full time employment and supported them through their AYSE (Assessed and Supported Year in Employment), which is a programme open to newly qualified social workers.
It offers additional support from a dedicated ASYE assessor and senior staff members through their first year to develop their skills, knowledge and professional confidence.
